It has been a busy few weeks in class for the boys and girls! Here's a snapshot of our learning journey so far...
Measurement
During Big Maths this week, the children have been learning to measure surface area. We used counters and gem stones to measure the area of a variety of shapes. We found that the cat shape had the largest surface area with it requiring 179 gem stones!
Great to see so much 'learning through play' experiences. Looks like a lot of fun :)
